I love dogs, cooking, and trying new things, so today I decided to combine all of those and try making a blog post! My life has been a bit of a whirlwind recently between the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, the Cleveland Clinic, and making dog accessories for Chronically Persevering in Style, I haven’t had a ton of free time! So, today Piper and I sat down and quickly whipped together these delicious Cienna and Piper approved no bake peanut butter dog treats. They are easy to make and clean up, which is great for a busy or high fatigue day. As Far as Piper is concerned it will never get better than peanut butter!

Recipe:

1/3 cup Water

2/3 cup peanut butter make sure it is xylitol free!

2 cups Oatmeal

Combine peanut butter and water well, then mix in oats. Don’t forget to give your pup tastes in between steps! I packed a moon shaped cookie cutter with the mixture and placed my treats on a parchment paper line cookie sheet. Store in refrigerator or freezer for about an hour, then serve! They are best kept in your refrigerator or freezer.

Not included: super cute wire-haired vizsla chef not included.

We hope you and your pup love them as much as we do!
